Tekom is the most prestigious professional association for technical communication, bridging the fields of translation, software localization and content creation technologies and services. This year’s conference and fair that took place in Stuttgart from November 8 to November 10, 2022, was attended by hundreds of translation companies, software manufacturers, specialists in the field of technical communication, as well as individual language professionals from many countries -physical and online presence.

TECHNOGRAFIA, represented by its Managing Director, Ioannis Kassios, participated as an exhibitor at the booth of translate5, an innovative open source software, developed by an international consortium, to which the company is a member. This groundbreaking translation system was originally created to review texts and software in their actual layout, such as a pdf file, or the screen of a mobile phone or tablet, in real time (what you see is what you get). Along the way, it evolved into a more complex system, also offering translation, subtitling and interfacing with TMS systems.
